It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Alot of work went into the texturing and overall detailing of the lightbone. It had to be close enough to match the real product yet be delivered on a short timeframe.
The biggest challange was actually what sounds the easiest, lighting. My time in school had not really prepared me to visualize a object that luminates itself. Tradionall lighting methods like keylight and rim lights vanishes as soon as the object itself should be the hero and main source of light.
This paired with an approach to the project by testing things out until they stick was a hectic, fun but challanging task.
Textured & changed after feedback
The biggest improvement made to my Mondo project compared to lightbone was to not render out DWAA compressed EXR files. It was something that had failed to reach my understanding of compression at that time. and made my attempts to compensate by raising resolution futile.
The Mondo object itself was all metal, plastic or glass which already significantly reduced the time to deliver paired with more trust enlisted in me from the designer.
3 day - instagram project
Oblure was interested in exploring animation for their Instagram and gave me three days to create something engaging and eye-catching. The designer suggested we simulate drawing their Arch Tripplet lamp on a piece of paper, and from there, I would bring it to life through animation.
